Main Star - design and decoration

My christmas decoration is a flower made of old materials my family does not use much

Instructions

1 First cut a disc

2  then cut thirteen or strips and fold in half

3 next put a blob of glue and stick all the strips on the blob (may take a few squirts of glue)

4 Cut a Santa hat the shape you want and make a small pompon out of paper and attach 

5 Glue the hat on and tie a ribbon on the petle above the Santa hat
